“I bought theses gloves in large size but found the was to small for my hand, after phoning Sealskinz and returning them i was sent a xl size which fit and on cold days when im out in the field they kepted my hands very warm and i could do the activity i was doing with ease.”

“I bought this for a trip to the arctic lapland and it served me well. Helped me in temperatures upto -15. It is comfortable to wear and has a good fit. The merino glove liner from sealskinz will give you extra warmth if needed.”

“Although these are seemingly well-made, they are simply too short for me in the fingers, and too long in the thumbs- the lengths of the middle and ring fingers are genuinely oppressive, whilst the thumbs literally 'hang' at the end by a good 1 1/2 cm +. Before you ask, I have 'regular' sized & shaped hands...! The ends of the index fingers- designed specifically to enable screen use- are genuinely irritating: there is a clear visual, and tactile, delineation between the fabric of the finger and that of the finger proper. They are also generally undersized (if you're a L, get an XL) and narrow. Finally, they're not really all that warm, either...! I sent both the XL & the XXL back and received a refund- eventually...!!”

“I live in Cumbria and walk my dog every day in all weathers so need gloves that are not only warm but wind and rain proof these gloves fulfil all these requirements they are also not bulky so that they fit easily into the sleeves of my waterproof coat.”

“I bought these for dog walking as I am out in the fields for up to 5 hours per day. Down to zero degrees celcius they keep all fingers warm, but at minus 4 deg fingers that have suffered frost nip in the past go numb. I measured my hands as large, and so bought extra large in the hope I could use my thin silk liners, but I would have needed to go to XXL for these not to be too tight on the last two finger joints. The construction is very good and the shape allows some tasks that normally require glove removal to be completed without removing the gloves. I have not yet had to use them in heavy rain.”
