“I bought these to replace an old, much loved pair of Sealskinz Extreme Cold Weather gloves that had served me well for years. Sadly, these gauntlets are not a patch on those; even in quite mild temperatures (above freezing) they do not keep my hands warm and when it is below freezing, they are all but useless.”

Thank you for your review. We do recommend that customers ensure that their gloves are a good fit- not too snug or tight and that they have a small space between the hands and the gloves to allow for insulation. If gloves are too snug or small, you may find that your hands feel cold. If needed, all of our gloves can have the warmth boosted further by the inclusion of liner gloves such as thin Merino wool liner gloves underneath. This will provide an additional insulating layer and can help keep you even warmer in all climates and conditions.
