Gloves are exactly as ordered and a great purchase. I was recently diagnosed with a blood disorder and cannot get my hands cold so as a cyclist this was going to be a problem! Couple of things in them though - the dustcap on the inside pocket will likely get lost, it should be designed to be connected to the wire. They are still rather bulky but appear to be less than other models so still great, but don’t expect to be able put your mask on and off with them. The battery is on the wrist band so if you cycle / train with a smart watch it’s not likely to fit both on your wrist as the cuff is quite tight. Outside that (and the price is very dear!) but they are brilliant gloves and enabled me to still get out cycling in the winter!

These are substantial gloves seemingly very well made. They look as if they would keep out a rainstorm! They are quite heavy with the rechargeable flat battery in each gauntlet cuff, but not uncomfortable. The cuff adjusts with velcro. The three levels of heat is good enough for me with my finger Raynaud’s Disease. It heats the back of the hand, but that heats the blood going to my fingers so they do warm through. Recharging is relatively easy as each battery unplugs for removal from its zipped pocket in the cuff. But they aren’t cheap or nasty!

Ordered small size for my wife but fingers are much too long, needs to be a ladies size in these gloves

High quality, comfortable, and warm gloves! If anything I would have bought a larger pair but the ones I have will probably give a little bit over time. Ive been using them riding the trails here in British Columbia at 4 Degrees C and found them too warm once I got going. Really nice product!.

Many good points regarding quality but taking out and replacing battery repeatedly is awkward and I worry that in time there will be ‘fail’ in the connecting wire. It would be just a mile better if the battery could have an out let allowing recharging when in place in my opinion. Heat levels are such that in cold weather the only setting that works on a bike is 3 so on a long bike ride the gloves soon become just gloves. It is definitely a product with huge potential but sorry to say not there yet.

My husband bout me these gloves because I have terrible problems with my hands, rendering them almost useless in the cold. However since I got these gloves I can be outside as long as anyone and do all the chores around the acreage at once instead of having to do them individually so my hands don’t get too cold.

The gloves worked well and I followed the recommendations about not keeping them turned on all of the time - in fact it wasn't as cold as I thought and i had to take them off towards the end of my ride. This meant stuffing them in my jersey pocket which caused one of them to switch on without my realising it. Size is a bit small so I went for the medium so that not too tight.
