“Several years ago I bought a pair of the Sealskinz water resistant socks for my husband who would come home from work every day with wet feet, and they worked extremely well. Even with 2+ years of use and a large hole in each heel from being used so often, his feet would stay dry and comfortable all day. As it was time to retire that pair, I recently bought him a new pair, but for some reason these are not keeping his feet quite as dry. They aren't soaked, but water is still managing to make it through to his regular socks, which is quite uncomfortable for him during his long work days. Not sure what the issue is, and they're still better than just wearing regular socks, but I'm not quite as satisfied with this purchase as I was with my initial one.”
