“Recently purchased waterproof socks with Hydrostop. First time using last Sunday on 60k cycle. Forecasted rain arrived - heavy for 10-12k with resulting wet road conditions. Also using Sealskin shoe covers (all weather led overshoe). Feet absolutely saturated - socks held almost a cup full of water each. Have cheap pair of waterproof socks from Lidl that I have used for past 2 winters - they work much better - not a happy buy.”

“It’s perfectly waterproof but not really keeping of the cold. I pull on another pair inside and then it worked a bit better. Really wet conditions and temperature around freezing point on the trail ride.”

“Pretty good overall cold/wet weather socks. In running shoes, they performed pretty good. No blisters, no chafing and they kept my feet dry. Even the outer material doesn't soak up water, so the additional weight is relatively low if the shoes get wet. Will definitely buy a thiner/lower cut pair for spring/summer/autumn mountain runs as a spare pair next to normal running socks. Could be a good emergency option if the weather gets worse. The benefit is, that you dont need to use a running shoe with a membrane that on the other side doesn't breath very well.”

“These socks turn any footwear into waterproof boots, great for rainy walks! Also use them at my job as a commercial fisherman, they are invaluable for work at sea.”

“Loving these socks so far, but the stitching running parallel with the toes as opposed to adjacent took a bit of getting used to. Waiting to really test the waterproofness. Would recommend.”

“Socks look good, feel comfortable on foot but simply don't work. sorry but having ridden them in light rain twice while on bike, I have had wet, and v cold, feet as a result.”
