“Ten years ago, my husband and I went to England to do the Coast to Coast walk. My feet, socks and shoes were wet by day 3. My husband stopped into an outdoors store and bought Sealskinz waterproof socks for both of us. The rest of the walk our feet were warm and nice and dry. The MTB MidMid Socks are thinner and shorter and not as rubberized as what we bought in England but they are just what I need for this years walk to the Giant's Causeway in Ireland! Thanks for saving our trip!”

“Bought these for rowing. The water in the lake is VERY cold this time of year. Was hoping for a true water proof sock. The were more like water resistant and once in the boat held less water than a normal sock, so feet were warmer than usual. But a little disappointed.”

Thank you for reviewing our MTB Mid Mid Socks with Hydrostop. Our waterproof socks are guaranteed to be 100% waterproof and we are very sorry to hear that these did not perform to expectations. The waterproofing in the socks is up to the cuff, so they act just like a wellington boot. If water is able to ingress from the cuff then it will cause your feet to become wet. It it a possibility that this could have happened in your case?
