The sox arrived in perfect condition and fast delivery. However, they were not waterproof as your customer service people suggested. So, wrong information was communicated to customers. I refuse to pay for return shipping charges, so I guess I'm stuck with a pair of wet sox. I use them for stream trout fishing in a pair of tennis shoes, and I wanted dry feet. I would not recommend this product.

Thank you for your review. Our Waterproof socks contain an internal waterproof membrane and this allows the socks to be waterproof to the sewn cuff line in the same manner as a wellington/Gumboot. Provided water is not able to run inside the socks through the leg opening and cuff, your feet will remain dry inside. If this has not been your experience with our socks, we would invite you to submit a claims form via the link below to log the issue with the Sealskinz Consumer team: https://www.sealskinz.com/pages/sealskinz-guarantees

I bought this for a spring canoe trip in Ontario, Canada. Having to get out of canoe at numerous portages, and stepping directly in the lakes. My feet were dry at end of day, however, my feet did feel cold and I thought wet, water temperature only 3-4 degrees, but when removed socks in afternoon, my feet were dry, but cold. Easy to clean and once off, dried quickly when hung up outside by tent.

The best socks I've found for wet weather. Stay warm when wet. Reasonably breathable.

Warm, waterproof and comfortable. Leg length and fit perfect but the foot section is very wide (like they are made for a hobbit!). They are perfect for cycling but not so good for walking as the foot folds inside my boots. however, as I bought them to avoid cold feet whilst cycling, I am very happy.

A very wet muddy trail run & my feet remained dry. Amazingly they did not sweat or overheat, a problem I worried about. For ok but a bit baggy around my foot.

I wear breeches for walking the dog and so it is good to find knee length socks. During winter I usually wear Chameau wellington boots with neoprene lining for warmth, but in summer I prefer walking shoes. The sealskinz socks mean I can wear the shoes even on very wet days or walking through wet grass. They really do what they say.
