“Now owned for 4 weeks of UK winter riding. These long socks fit really well under knee pads to keep you clean and dry. I was worried about over heating, but no problem riding in a mild November. Would however look wierd if you didn't wear pads.”

“I bought these a couple of weeks ago and I have used them quite a few times. When splashed with moderate amount of water they are ok. Nice and warm, and pretty much waterproof. But when in constant contact with water they are not so waterproof. After 1h in constant contact with water my sock gather a large volume inside. It kept my foot warm but not dry. Also they are a nightmare to dry. Make sure you turn it inside out halfway your drying process.”

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our Hiking Mid Knee Socks. We are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with their performance. Our waterproof socks are waterproof up to the top part of the socks. In this way they act just like wellington boots, keeping water out all the way up to the top. If water is able to get inside the socks from the top area then it will cause your feet to become wet. Could it be a possibility that this is what happened in your case?
