“I've been using Sealskinz for years now. I first bought some to do the Marathon des Sables. I figured if they didn't let water in they wouldn't let in sand either. They didn't and my blisters were minimal. I had about four pairs and one sock has eventually, after about 11 years, started leaking, so I decided to buy a new pair. I'm just as impressed with the new pair and Sealskinz are now my preferred walking sock. I also bought a pair for my eight year old son - he loves them because he can go in as many puddles as he likes. I've bought a pair for a friend for his birthday and I'll be buying a pair for my wife because she keeps using mins. So, if I'm so impressed, why only four stars? Well, I wouldn't want Sealskinz to get complacent and I believe no matter how good something is there's always room for improvement - though I can't think what in this case!”

“These are BRILLIANT. I do a lot of walking and despite having good boots, dampness would often sneak inside, straight through to my toes. With Sealskinz this is history. It's fantastic to be able to know my feet will always be warm and dry, whatever the weather, and whatever mud I end up paddling through. I've bought more pairs for my family/friends. Worth every penny, much cheaper than having to buy new boots every few months.”

“Took two pairs to the Milford Track, it rained the third and fourth day - crossed some streams and the socks got soaked, not sure why these are marketed as waterproof”
