I’ve wore seal skinz for years mountain biking in wet / muddy conditions. The only time my feet have been wet has been in long extreme conditions. They’ve been so good I’ve purchased the latest version with the sticky non slip inner sock edge.

I felt very smug this week doing my first ride in these socks, coming across an unexpected flood! No wet feet for me! So they do the job very well. They don't fit as an ordinary sock does -f eel quite wide and stiff - so I wouldn't choose to wear them on days when waterproofing wasn't necessary, but they are comfy enough and I'm glad to know I'll be able to cycle without chilblains this winter, having only taken up cycling at the start of the year.

I bought these as I've been running and hate getting wet feet! Running trainers are bad for not being waterproof in any way at all and when wet my feet seem to slide around in them. I thought these might help. When they arrived I didn't like the silicony bit on the ankle, thought this would feel weird on my skin but actually they are very comfy, and do exactly what I needed. In fact they are more comfy than I thought as I'm quite fussy about my socks yet these were perfect!

Highly recommended for rowing during the cold/wet seasons. I can walk on the pontoon and climb into a fine boat ready for rowing and remain relatively dry and warm

Not really 100% waterproof, but sufficient for the job: I wear them in my neopren-boots. This way, my feet do not get cold anymore. Yes, I do recommend buying them.

I've been using these for over 2 weeks now before I gave them a review. The socks are comfortable, great fit but I'm not keen at all on the Hydrostop around the inside of the opening. None of my previous Sealskinz have it and they work great, my preference! Some people will like the Hydrostop, some won't. I ordered the next size up from my normal sock as they would have to go over my walking socks before I ventured out on to the hills or out on my cycle rides. They wash great and dry quite quickly.

Only wore the new pair once since purchasing them. Decided to buy these as my original Sealskinz socks are a bit long in the tooth. I wear these for almost all my cycle rides. The only time I don't is the odd occasion when the weather is really hot. Always keep your feet dry and are very durable. I am size 10/11 foot size and the large I bought fit snugly. I find the triple layer gives a good cushion between foot and roadbike shoe.
