“I ordered (as I thought) size Small only to discover that I had in actual fact got XL. This is because the Sealskinz website defaults to the next available size if your requested size is out of stock. This was the explanation I got when I complained to you. So I gave the socks to a friend and I have found my size available via another vendor (also Sealskinz but the right size). Why you couldn't simply say my size was not in stock I do not know, as I would not have placed my order.”
