Thank you for your review of our Wayerproof Warm Mid socks with Hydrostop. Our Hydrostop band is and elastic band inside the cuff of the sock that is designed to allow a fit close to the leg which helps reduce the risk of water running down inside the sock. However this is not able to provide a watertight seal against water ingress through the cuff of the sock and if the sock is worn uncovered in very wet conditions or is submerged in water over the level of the cuff, then water will be able to enter into the sock and your feet will become wet. We do recommend that where possible, the cuffs of the socks are covered and that the socks not completely immersed in water to ensure that your feet stay dry.

“Innovative product, I used these for the first 14km of a 53k ultra event. Comfy warm felt a bit strange early on but soon forgot they were on, usually a good sign. Recommended”
