The Titon XR16 Trickle Vent is a flush-fit, recessed trickle vent with a sleek design and easy operation. Manufactured by Titon whose ventilators have been specified and fitted on millions of windows throughout the UK and Europe over the past 20 years, you can trust that these vents will perform and provide optimum airflow to your home.
This plastic slot ventilator fits over a 16mm slot in a window and provides an Equivalent Area Airflow of 4600mm² when fitted with the XC16 canopy.
Ideal for use on new build properties or window refurbishment projects in existing properties and suitable to be used on timber, aluminium, or PVCu windows.
This vent has been specifically developed for recent revisions to Part F of the Building Regulations for Ventilation (England & Wales), is optimised for use with the Scottish Technical Standards, and to improve performance for requirements throughout the UK and Europe.
