“The rug is lovely big got a problem at one end it won’t lay flat ! It’s been down 2weeks now but still won’t settle I keep tripping over it ! But I love the rug and if finishes my kitchen off !!”

The runners should settle down relatively quickly in most cases after being rolled for transportation. However, we recommend rolling the runner in the opposite direction and storing somewhere warm for short period to help speed this process up.
