“I was so looking forward to receiving my rug as had been so happy with my hall runners bought previously but this product did not live up to expectation. The backing is so stiff that the rug will not flatten even after weighting it down and have already tripped over it several times. Cannot use it in the desired position as its too dangerous so will be locating it to the bottom of a cupboard. Disappointed!!”
