Oven Bake from Frozen – Preheat the oven to 200ºC / 400°F / Gas Mark 6 & cook for 35-40 minutes until pastry is cooked through. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. For best results use a pizza style tray to ensure the bottom cooks through. Airfry 160ºC for approximately 35 minutes.

THE SALMON WELLINGTONS ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE. TASTY !. IF YOU DEFROST ,THEY CAN BE DONE IN AIR FRYER 2OO FOR 11 MINITES. PERFECT.
