We take our fresh salmon tails each morning and coat them in an exquisite sweet chilli and lime coating. These delicious portions can be cooked from frozen and served with a crisp salad for a simple but delicious tea time treat.
These are sure to be at the top of your shopping list, once you enjoy the burst of flavours in every bite. The Salmon is perfectly complimented with the zingy combination of sweet chilli and tangy lime, deliver a mealtime experience that is sure to impress.
For best results cook from frozen. Oven bake: 180°C / Gas mark 4 for 25-30 minutes or shallow fry over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes turning halfway.
