Our Salmon fishcakes are not your average fishcakes. They are made using salmon fillet pieces mixed with mashed potato, chives and parsley. They are then rolled in a breadcrumb and packaged ready for you to cook!
Bake them, air fry them or shallow fry them. Whatever your preferred cooking method, the result is glorious! Perfect for a quick lunch fix or an easy dinner-time delight.
Cook from frozen - Oven Bake @220°C in a pre heated oven for approximately 22-25 minutes in the upper part of the oven. Can also shallow fry. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Full instructions on packaging.
