Cooking Instructions:
Oven - remove the film and oven bake in a pre heated 180C oven for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.Microwave: Pierce the film and microwave on High for 4-5 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork .If cooking from frozen just add a extra couple of minutes to the cooking time. Suitable for freezing. May contain bones.
