Indulge in the delicious flavours of garlic and parsley, combined with our very own traditionally smoked yellow Haddock fillets, sure to captivate your taste buds and leave you wanting more. 
Each morning we carefully prepare the smoked haddock which has been smouldering over wood chipping overnight,  each portion is topped in a luscious garlic and parsley butter that perfectly compliments the smoke flavour. The result is a succulent and flavorful dish that will elevate your mid-week dinners to new heights.
Serve with boiled potato and seasonal vegetables or a crisp salad for a simple yet delicious meal.
Supplied in an ovenbakeable tray, simply bake in a pre heated 180C oven for 15-18 minutes. Or to microwave, pierce the film and microwave on High for 4-5 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Very tasty, even better with the garlic and parsley butter. Have to remember to close the kitchen door and put the extractor on though!
