We smoked our traditionally smoked Haddock fillets overnight, and each morning our expert filleters prepare them into mealsized portions, before topping with a delicious rarebit topping and cheese crumb. 
This succulent and flavorful dish is ready to bake at home in the tray, serve with boiled potato and seasonal vegetables for a warming delicious meal. 
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan assisted/ Gas Mark 6.Remove all packaging, place the fillets on a preheated baking tray lined with baking paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until cooked. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.

These are one of our favourites from Regal Fish. Good sized portion of Haddock and very tasty. The bonus is they are simple to cook

I liked the idea, however personally it was far too salty for my liking.

Intrigued by the name and how the combination of smoked haddock and cheese would work, I made this purchase. I'm pleased to say that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tasty experience - it does work as a combo! Thank you Regal Fish!
