Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan assisted/ Gas Mark 6.Remove all packaging, place the fillets on a preheated baking tray lined with baking paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until cooked. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
