lovely tender pieces - I dipped them in tempura batter and they were cooked in seconds. Would definitely buy again

This is a real treat. Monkfish can be a real pain to clean up and process, because it has a skin a bit like a very stretchy rubber membrane and it's difficult to remove... Anyway, all the hard work has been taken away with this ready cleaned diced monkfish. I fry it with chopped chorizo and breadcrumbs. Heaven.

Monkfish is a superb and very delicious fish with firm flesh but can be a bit difficult to prepare due to its very rubbery skin and membranes. But this diced version makes things SO easy. Pan fry with chorizo and croutons/bread crumbs for a perfect tapas-style and very tasty dish.
