Oven - remove the film and oven bake in a pre heated 180C oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.Microwave: Pierce the film and microwave on High for 2-3 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork .Freeze on day of purchase.
