“I have purchased four of these winders in the last 12 months. I was very drawn to the stylist design and strong brand reputation. However, unfortunately, while two of the winders operate very smoothly and very quietly, as advertised, the other two are quite loud in comparison -- their motors are very noticably loud -- and their rotation is not continuous and smooth and seems to catch and glitch at least once each rotation. I have contacted Rapport about a warranty claim, but they have not responded. Based on the brand's reputation, I would have expected better customer service. I should note all the items were purchased on Amazon. Perhaps Amazon resold me defective items previously returned to them. In any case, Rapport has not lived up to its satisfaction warranty: "We are sure that you will be absolutely delighted with your Rapport watch winder and as with all Rapport luxury products we offer a full 24 month guarantee."”
