“I love this watch box. High quality materials and craftsmanship. Leather is soft and smooth. The tan color makes it look classy and more luxurious, in my personal opinion. Stitching is sturdy and very well done. I also didn't experience any issues with the zipper stopping/getting stuck midway, as the previous reviewer had stated. However, I do wish that the watch pillows were more supple or fluffy without the need for thick inserts, or designed similarly to what Rolex uses where it bends to match various bracelet sizes. I also would not recommend customizing it with your initials as the hot stamp did a little damage to the soft leather on mine. Other than that, I am overall pleased with the product and would not hesitate to buy another one (a much larger one and without the customized initials) to accommodate my ever-growing timepiece collection.”
“Lovely item, however the zip is extremely stiff when closing the case (usually gets stuck/stops at least once when closing) - I emailed Rapport on 18th September to report this and ask if you’d expect the zip to loosen, but had no reply which was disappointing. A response would still be very much appreciated as this was an expensive item which I feel doesn’t function quite correctly.”
