“This is one of my 2 favourite flavours. Mocha choc chip and double choc chunk. I have half a bar as a no regrets snack - it immediately eliminates hunger, creates no cravings, tastes good. Stop me eating things I tend to overeat and that create cravings. So they are my savour for weight management.”
