“I was looking for a pre workout which didnt cause prickly skin/redness and was recommended to try this one. Mixes perfectly, tastes great and doesn't have any of the bad side effects I've had with most other pre workouts, but provides an awesome amount of energy and amazing pump with just one scoop. Definitely buying again!”

“The best pre-workout for 5am, double scoop and it's got high caffeine but without the shakiness/jitters so it really suits me. The raspberry lemonade is such a good flavour too.”

“I've used many pre workouts, must of which are stuffed with beta alanine and copious amounts of caffeine. I tend to find these good for a smaller window before a drop off in energy. Prolific drops the beta alanine, has a steady dosing of caffeine and provides clean energy and good focus. Pump is also decent but incredible when stacked with their non stim pump product. Flavour is OK but does anyone really care about this?”

“Tastes lovely a little sweet but I dry scoop anyway, no tingles or itchiness just a little more of a boost. Would recommend!”
