“I was using the prolific pre workout for my 4am workouts but adding this is a game changer !!!! It definitely helps and I've noticed improvement in my lifts and getting through my workout.”

“I bought this alongside prolific having seen amazing reviews and I didn't think I'd love a pump product so much. I use this with prolific and on its own on days when I don't want all the caffeine and it's fantastic. I really feel a difference and get a nice pump. I would say that the melon berry twist flavour is nicer in my opinion so will get that next time.”
