“Sadly this protein made me very ill. They advertise it as gluten free however in a weird place (not with the ingredients list)- there is a may contain gluten warning which as a very sensitive coeliac I found out means in fact does contain gluten after being violently unwell for five days from it. Hopefully this saved another coeliac from losing £30 and a week of sick leave.”

“I'm not usually a big fan of whey protein because it often has a weird aftertaste and I usually only ever have clear whey but I had seen per4m everywhere so decided to give it a go as I wanted to have protein porridge more moving into the winter months. I got the carrot cake flavour and it's soooo good! It's not hideously sweet but sweet enough to satisfy that craving. It mixed so smoothly into my porridge without making it too thick. I also added sultanas and it was just spot on. Would 100% buy again and I look forward to trying the other flavours. Bonus points for it being gluten free!”

“Flavours I’ve tried : Brownie Batter 10/10 Popcorn 8/10 White chocolate & raspberry 8/10 White chocolate Bueno 8/10 Minty chocolate 8/10 Strawberry 7/10 Salted Caramel 7/10 Lemon cheesecake 6/10 Double chocolate 6/10 Carrot cake 5/10 Blueberry 3/0 Cinnamon Donut 2/10 The nicer proteins taste like the actual food they are replicating but the last 3 are very artificial tasting and not nice at all. Absolutely love Per4m protein been using it for a while now and don’t think nip be changing anytime soon”

“This gets a six out of five stars! I have tried many proteins in my time and this has literally went above and beyond! The smell, the taste, the texture, the way it mixes! Literally tastes exactly like it says on the tub! Could smell it as soon as I opened it! Over the moon with this purchase! Will defiantly be buying more! Per4m have defiantly set the standards here!”

“After reading so many great reviews, I was beyond excited to try the Kinder Bueno flavor. It just tasted like generic sweetness, not creamy or white chocolatey at all. I also had really bad stomach pains, no clue why since I do not have any allergies or intolerances.”
