“I like this. After trying lots of different BCAAs I have found that Ghost gives u the best buzz and recovery, but I prefer the mango flavour. They need more flavour variations.”

“I would recommend this product to anyone, the flavour just isn't for me but I don't buy these things for the flavours, I buy them to quickly down after or during an exercise so flavour really doesn't matter to me that much considering I always have an isotonic along with me. Does great in the energising factor, do recommend.”

“This flavour from Ghost is phenomenal! I would definitely recommend the flavour to anyone. But it's also a waste of money as you don't need BCAA and is expensive squash to make your water taste nice.”
