“Very drinkable. It mixes well in this flavour, and tastes just fine. Never had another greens product to compare with but more than happy with this. Feeling really great after three weeks of this (and Glow), I'm sure this is a big part of why.”

“It took about 2-3 days to work. I eat 4-5 meals per day (about 2800-3200 kcal) and it helped a lot with digestion and bloating. Taste ist awesome (lime and guava). Totally recommending it”

“I've been on the the lime flavour for quite some time and when I found out it was available in guava berry, I HAD to give it a try. It's definitely a BIG change for me! As I prefer to take this straight in the morning after a night shift; the guava berry is much milder in flavour in comparison to the lime. True to its name, the lime can be quite sour for me but altogether quite refreshing if taken at a different time of the day. Because of this, I find myself reaching more for the guava berry rather than its lime counterparts. However, to be completely fair; you simply can't go wrong with flavour when it's with Ghost lifestyle greens. Definitely a step up when compared to other brands I've had before! Flavour wise! And as always, fantastic service and quick dispatch from protein pick&mix. My go-to website for all my protein and supplements needs!”
