“Very disappointed in the service i recieved. I bought the T-shirt as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the ricipient tried it on over the christmas period and found it was too small and wanted a larger size. Upon trying to exchange for a bigger size was told that that wasnt possible because the returns window had expired. "Returns have to be noted in writing within 14 days of the goods being received." I understand that that is the policy however, at Christmas, how is that possible? I bought the item on 14th Dec as I wanted to ensure it arrived in time. Obviously the recipient wouldnt have opened it until the 25th. By then I had 5 days to notify in writing of the intent to exchange. I didnt know until a week later that the item was too small. Im not sure what the issue with exchanging is? Its not like I want a refund. Second to that the product has since been reduced, again I'm not asking for the difference just a simple exchange. It should be made clear that you may as well just throw your money away rather than buying from here for gifts.”
