“Does exactly what it says on the tin. A decent enough range of weights for slow movement or high intensity training. Was working with just a cable machine for some time and this is a game changer. Rack is stable and easy to assemble, Mat is decent enough quality (although not actually needed as I have gym floor tiles). The weights are great, quality and style. You might notice from the photos that if you rack up the pairs from lightest (top left) to heaviest (bottom right) you need to split 1 x pair of 10kg top/bottom. However, if you rack the top 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, and the bottom 2.5kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, you get 3 pairs on each level. Helps if you have a bit of OCD like myself.
