“Good products, but the customer service and business processes need some serious work.
Here is the catalogue of errors with my order:
1. Order didn't turn up for a few weeks, I emailed to check what was going on, turns out there was a huge delay in getting one of the items back in stock. They said they'd take the out-of-stock item off the order, and refund me the cost. (This never happened).
2. They sent the wrong items. I contacted to have them picked up and swapped.
3. The courier was arranged, and never turned up, after waiting at home for the prescribed window.
4. Correct item wasn't dispatched once the incorrect item was back with them (on second courier booking), until I checked and they finally sent it.
5. They didn't send me a refund for the item taken off the order (out of stock), I contacted, and they said it would take a few days. (Didn't arrive).
6. When the final item (the one originally out of stock) arrived, it arrived twice, and I'd been charged twice. When I asked for a refund, they said they could only refund the cost of the item minus the shipping costs, despite this being their error, which wasn't worth doing.
The products seen pretty good, but beware... It shouldn't take more than 10 emails to get an order sorted. I've given up and just accepted I've got two sets of plates I don't want now.”
