“Equipment of good quality but courier was a let down. Asked for delivery after 1pm as original delivery date text notification was wrong when I called up query the courier stated they hadn't received it yet and would be sometime after the 3rd of January not 30th December as the text stated. Apparently delivery was attempted when I was at work. The courier provides no window simply between 9am and 5pm. No option to leave with neighbour or re arrange delivery date just have to wait until they attempt delivery. Ended up having to drive to Newbridge to pick up after paying £10 delivery this upset me. I would expect next day delivery for this price and feel next day delivery is something Primal should consider.”
