“The bar itself is great though the yellow paint does chip off easy even when used with quality j-hooks.
The rating is based on service, local courier mis-delivered it, primal escalated that, but didn’t get back to me when they said they would, there was no follow up….it was only located through me pestering the delivery company (TNT) and the driver had delivered it to the wrong house.
I understand mistakes happen but disappointed as this was my first purchase from primal and there was no compensation or like I said follow up.”
