“I placed an order with Primal for over £3500. However, when this was installed by Primal, some items were missing so part of the equipment did not work. The installation team were aware and wrote the details on their paperwork.
The installation was now four weeks ago and I have had phone calls and sent several emails to Primal as yet, I have not received the parts or been given any indication as to when they will arrive. It has been left to me to keep chasing as I have had no satisfactory outcome yet. I will keep pestering till I get what I ordered and paid for several weeks ago.”
“I have pre ordered in the begging of July to get it by mid August. I got a completely different pairs of collar with lots of stractches on them, which is absolutely unacceptable from a "new" item, right? So I trying to return them, but the only option is to collect by a curier from my house, which make things even harder. Hopefully after 2 months I can get my money back. I'm very disappointed.”
