“Unfortunately my experience has been far from great. It took a while to receive the pull up bar and I have still not received the dip bar.
The pull up bar arrived with most of the fixing bolts missing due to the package being damaged. After weeks of asking and empty promises from customer service I have not received the missing parts or even confirmation they will be sent.
For this reason I cannot recommend Primal Strength, it is a shame as the equipment is great but it can only be great if it useable which mine isn't.”
