“This review is not for the product itself but rather the instructions or lack of that came with it. I watched the videos on youtube and orderd this foam. All that came with it was a colour A4 sheet but it did not say too much on it. One thing it did say on it was use from the Freezer? There was no other instruction about this, do I put it in the freezer for 10 minutes, a few hours, overnight who knows??!! This was not mentioned on the youtube video I watched. There was also no clear information about temperature there was a mention of 15 degrees but didnt really go onto say what was the real minimum temperature in the real world. I needed to replace posts following the recent storms and because the temperature was only aound 5 degrees decided against using the foam as I had no real idea of its setting time in these temperatures. I used postcrete in the end at least I knew how that would work.
Because of the lack of reasonable instruction with this foam I did not have the confidence to use it, therefore it is likely to sit in my shed until it passes its use by day. I wouldnt buy it again unless I had the confidence but it seems all marketing and no substance, I was very disappointed.”

“There is only a small amount of mixture, so I used the whole pack for one post ( instructions say it is for 2 posts ) big mistake, it expands a phenominal amount and came a foot out of the hole. When setting subsequent posts I used half a pack for each and it expanded to top of hole just right.
Seems to hold posts rigid. Finished putting up fencf and it all seems secure,
I have a 13 ft gate to install next, not sure I would use for this though.
Overall, impressed with results.”
