The sample packs were OK. The postage price of £4.99 was steep. All I got was 3 small packs which my guineas ate in no time. Very disappointed

Hey Angela, Just so you are aware, we've responded to your separate Company Review explaining the cost of the delivery - thank you again for your feedback: To ensure the safe and timely arrival of our sample packs, we use a trusted courier service. We've tried our best to keep costs down for our customers by not charging the full amount we pay for postage or for the feed and bedding within the sample packs. Additionally, if purchased with any other item, we've dropped the delivery cost further to just £2. The sample packs are just that, an opportunity for your animals to try a variety of our products before committing to a larger bag. Warm wishes, The Pillow Wad Team

Our boys were massive fans of both the farmer's blend and the meadow hay, we'll definitely be ordering more. Dave was particularly impressed that the hay doubled up as a hat, ha!

My Rabbits love the Farmers Friend Hay! One of them doesn't eat much hay so have been shopping around for one he likes and he ate all of it! He's also loved snuggling down in his hidey houses (aswel as eating it...) The straw bedding is so much less dusty than others we have tried so hoping this helps his eye as it is prone to getting weepy! Our other Rabbit also loves hiding away in her hidey house and scoffing the hay but she's not as fussy We will be subscribing to monthly delivery. Thank you ❤️

Got a sample pack of three different sorts of hay. It was fine but nothing special. The guinea pigs ate it but weren't any more enthusiastic than they are about cheaper products. Not really worth the extra cost.
