“I've been having trouble staying asleep at night and was suffering with this during the day at work I thought I would try these, Tried them at the weekend as not sure how or if these would work glad I did first night I took 2 lept all night but couldn't keep awake during the day 2nd night took 1 slept fine felt ok the next day a little weary but not too bad 3rd night I cut a tablet in half slept fine felt fine the next day so half a tablet is enough for me.”

“These are great for allergies. I'm allergic to cream and lots of scents.. I get sinusitis if I am near perfumes, cigarette smoke, cleaning products etc. Phenergan helps keep it at bay. Also good for sleep. I work night shifts and can never sleep on my night off. So I take one and a half before bed and it makes me feel sleepy so I can sleep. Otherwise I'm awake all night.”
