Duac is a gel that is applied to the skin to help treat acne. It contains Clindamycin, an antibiotic, which can help to kill harmful bacteria that are irritating the skin. It also contains Benzoyl Peroxide, which also helps to remove bacteria.

“The only product that has ever worked on my adult acne. Can not recommend this product enough. Started getting acne in my early 30s after having children. Problematic spots under the skin that take ages to disappear and leave pigmentation marks for weeks even months. Duac has been the only thing that I’ve tried that clears up breakouts. Product works for me within between 1-2 weeks, very quick! It does tend to dry the skin out but once I have the breakout under control I use every couple of days instead of every day.”
