“Fantastic help for sleep and relaxation after my magnesium salt bath. As I’m very sensitive to drugs I only use half a patch at night and another half during the day. This provides lots of good dreaming and stress and anxiety relief.”

“I am a very poor sleeper, often cannot get to sleep, or if I do I wake up a couple of hours later. The patches haven't made it any easier for me to get to sleep, but when I do sleep it's a much sounder sleep.”
