“Can't say whether the patches are making a difference healthwise yet, but they're easy to use and I prefer them to taking oral supplements. It's hard to find multivitamin supplements without iron so that's a big plus.”
“I have a sensitive stomach so putting on a patch is a comfortable way of getting my daily dose of vitamins. I know the magnesium works as when I put on a patch at bedtime within 15 mins I feel sleepy. If I forget to put a patch on then I notice the difference. I do find the plaster leaves a slight red mark for two days. Due to the redness, I don't put them on my arms anymore.”
