“Having suffered with menstrual anaemia/low iron together with IBS I have struggled to up my iron intake. Iron tablets cause extreme IBS flair ups and there is o love you so much spinach you can eat. I tried the patches as they are topical and should cause no I’ll effects with IBS. My husband has commented how much brighter I am, less fatigued and to be honest I feel a huge difference. I have also started going to the gym so I can’t say it’s the iron patches in isolation.
