“Very easy to use. I've quite sensitive skin but the adhesive on the back of patches doesn't cause me any problems. Easy to peel off foundation backing. It's a case of zip & zap, ( zip it off and zap it on). Use alternative site each day. No problems. So easy and being over 75 years old, & a natural red head who avoids sun, this is the best alternative to absorbing Vitamin D3 and K2. So many benefits to health for me. “I was taken D3 tablets on the advice of my GP. To be honest I never felt anything. I didn't know if my body was absorbing it all not.
