I’m not sure they’re helping me, lot of flare ups at the mo, still itching, maybe I have to give them more time!

I purchased these patches for my mother (62-menopausal) about 3 weeks ago. She had severe alergy and sleeping issues. She says that it really helped with alergy and is able to sleep well at night. She is also using multivitamin and joint patches too.

The patches are a great alternative to herbal capsules and extracts, which I found increasingly difficult to tolerate. Patchworks have the best stock.
