“I had a very nice and helpful contact to the customer service because of a query. The fabric of the coat is great, it is very comfortable to wear and I now have a special piece in my closet. I am only 160 cm tall. The coat wasn't too long for me. Shipping to Germany was amazingly fast. I had to pay the fees for delivery from a non-EU country in cash. It's a pity that this additional effort is now added but I would order again.”
