“The first set that arrived had one lovely navy deco bralette but the two other mesh bras were just not me. I understand that the philosophy of the "secret set" is that you get a random selection but I was never going to wear the two mesh bras. However customer services, in particular Priya, was excellent in helping me to exchange for two more suitable bras (still a random selection but much more my style) and the delicates washing bag was a lovely surprise.
